"I love having my books available on all of my devices. I never have to be bored waiting in line ever again! Plus, it's nice that it keeps track of the books you've read. Last year, I totaled 305 books! I just wish it had the option to count book sets as the number of books in the set, rather than just counting it as 1 book. The other feature I love is that I can continuously scroll my books rather than having to turn the pages. All in all, it's great!"

"It is amazing that as impressive as the Amazon system is how hard it is to purchase a book for Kindle another Amazon company. You can easily look up anything on Amazon and purchase it instantly right away. But if you put in a book title and you want it for your Kindle it is a true pain in the butt. there are so many friction points to this process I cannot believe that Amazon has let it go on this long and has not fixed to that. must not have somebody responsible for that customer experience."

"No more downloads For the past few weeks books will no longer download on this app. I have insured my phone still grants it permission to download over cellular networks, but for whatever reason it has stopped working. It was great until around Christmas 2024."

"The latest update made the app less user-friendly. Syncing the Reading Challenge with Goodreads seems nice but makes it hard to track progress, especially for daily streaks, as it’s no longer on the homepage. The "current read" placement in the bottom nav bar is still awkward, and while the Assistive Reader engine improved slightly, it still sounds robotic. Continuous scrolling for non-Kindle books is still missing. These changes diminish the experience—please address these issues."
