"Been learning another language for a little while and wanted to pick up babbel as I'd heard good things and wanted further instruction. During speaking exercises there is a slight delay on it processing mic input and routinely fails to recognise basic words even when compared with my partner who is a native speaker. The other lessons it gives are pretty okay and informative but I got this to specifically practice conversing and it seems completely unfit for purpose in that department."

"This is a great app with lots of potential. The problem is the voice recognition for Italian is absolutely terrible. It would not even recognize the most basic words - 'si' for example. I tried everything to fix this but nothing worked. Researching online I found this was a problem others have noticed too - voice recognition does not work correctly for certain languages especially Italian. if they could fix this issue I'd be a subscriber - the lessons look great."
