"The first thing I want to say is THANK YOU. I have used Calm for, roughly 5 years. I love this app. I suffer from undiagnosed sleep issues. Calm helps me fall asleep and get back to sleep. There is so much content. it's not just for sleep either. there is so much that you can learn from this app. It can help your anxiety levels in the middle of the day, or help you focus on projects and whatever you are doing during the day. Try the binaural tracks. they are amazing. Isochronic tones... awesome."

"Basically just a money grab. You can count with your hand the "free sounds" which by the way you get to play 3 times. So have fun listening to random crickets sounds 3 times before uninstalling the app or opening your wallet for a hefty amount, ah and from other reviews the free week charges you even canceling... If you want people to pay a subscription at least give them an opportunity to test and use your service. Simply a horrendous practice."

"Lots of pop ups asking me to buy different subscriptions, and every time I clicked on something to listen to it comes up with a charge for a subscription. Can't find what's actually free on this app. Spotify has a whole sleep genre category. This app seem like a coax to me I'll stick to typing in Binaural/deep sleep/nature sounds/ guided meditation/ zen meditation/ buddhist meditation/brown noise music on YouTube which works perfectly great, with no cost...calm is a waste of time to be honest ✌️"
