"Constantly having uninstall and then reinstall in order to get it to work. Every time I go to watch something it shows a black screen and you can only hear the sound. Then you have to either fast forward or rewind to get it to show the picture. Sometimes it just freezes and says try again. After a day or so it won't even load and you have to uninstall again."

"The Paramount Plus app does not do what it is supposed to. Frequently I can't play the programs that I subscribed for. There is a cost for most of the programs and movies on the app in addition to the monthly fee I pay for the app. Then to add more humiliation to that insult there are usually commercial messages during the programs, once again a cost on top of the monthly fee and the purchase price."

"Can I give 0 stars? Apparently not. I've attempted to use this app on my nvidia shield tv numerous times over the year or so that I've subscribed to the service, and the app has never, despite many attempts to uninstall/reinstall, succeeded in getting past the splash screen. All I get is a flash of blue on the screen, and sometimes as far as the mountain logo appearing, and then it unceremoniously dumps back to the previous screen."
