Design Space: DIY with Cricut

"App keeps freezing on all of my devices! This has been an issue since November 17th , I assume that's when the last app update occurred. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on all devices, with no resolution. I submitted a ticket with cricut support (with pictures/video) and they want me to call them even though it's an issue with this app! I have android devices if that helps to get this resolved. I have several projects I need to make and cannot since my app keeps "not responding""
