Users are frustrated by an overload of ads, especially considering it's a paid service. Ads trigger unnecessarily ๐ก, making it feel like a chore to watch anything ๐งน. Skip the skip ad button and maybe the app too!
Casting to TVs is a major issue, with many users unable to do it ๐ฅ๐บ. Apparently, their casting integration is as sturdy as a Jenga tower in a hurricane ๐ช๏ธ. Plus, the app loves to restart or jump spots like it's auditioning for an amateur parkour video.
The app seems to love playing peek-a-boo with your screen. It turns black, hangs ๐ธ๏ธ, and even freezes โ๏ธ. Oh, the nostalgia of old family holidays canโt mask how much this app drives users to drink (metaphorically) ๐ท๐ .
Forgetful episodes ๐ โ they don't remember where you left off. Downloads are as reliable as expired milk. And did we mention it likes to log you out and tell you you're not the account owner, even if you are? Mind games.
As if the technical hiccups werenโt enough, there's also a painful price hike ๐ธ. Users think itโs post-apocalyptic-level NOT COOL ๐ค. Might as well throw in a hand raise emoji for extra drama โ.
Some love the content and think it's awesome sauce ๐๐ช. Also, one user reminisces about the good old days with it, but for most, it's a bittersweet memory โ mostly bitter ๐๐.

Update: two days later a new app update came in, now it seems to work (apparently I'm not the only one who had issues, I don't think they build an update for me) I will raise it to 2 stars since I am still angry for 3 days of pure nonsense"

"For a service that you have to pay for, there are an obnoxious amount of ads and issues with them. Even if you've already triggered an ad break in a video, going back or forward will still trigger those ad breaks. It also has the bad habit of restarting media especially when casting, or jumping spots. It makes trying to watch anything a chore and this shouldn't have to be an issue users are dealing with."
