"It's not terrible but the app is so clunky. It takes about ten to thirty seconds to load (used to be much faster). For you zoomers out there, that's almost a whole tiktok video. If it was just this clunky design, 4/5. However with how shady the company is (such as not allowing an unsubscribe button on pc), dropping to 3/5. Factor, do better. The support is also so annoying. I told them to just cancel and they asked me the same questions to frustrate and discourage me."
"even with discount $11/meal is still steep, sure you cut out about 8 hours worth of monthly meal prep/grocery time for me but 8 hrs plus $3 homemade meals of the same thing is ultimately gonna win me back. thanks for the meal ideas though."
