"New user. So many problems with functionality. Live support keeps blaming the massive influx of ppl leading up to the TikTok ban. Ok maybe. I get that. But fix it already. Having issues with shopping, issues with adding to cart, issues with uploading videos, etc. all the things this app does, it's doing badly currently."

"My account is blocked, I did nothing wrong. I literally just opened up an account a few days ago. I been telling everyone about the flip app and even was on earlier today. I went to sign in and it says "account blocked". Like what!!?? I can't even send an email to anyone on the app."
"Decent idea, but at 95 million in investments to make this app work, and this is what you have to show for it? Disgraceful. Basically a scam. All this app is was a sad attempt to ride in the shadow of success that the TikTok Shop is and failed miserably. Still, there is potential in this platform if the devs, creators, influencers, and all those in charge decide they are more interested in quality than making a cheap buck; which will ultimately lead to maximum profits. Only time will tell."
