Oh boy, this app is glitchier than a vintage video game. Users are singing a chorus of "too buggy" and "fails and can't register." One app developer pointed out that even the links to terms and conditions are broken. Yikes! 😬

Apparently, showing your driver's license on your phone sounds cool, but it hits a dead end in reality. From no acceptance at TSA to police officers deeming it invalid, users are left carrying their physical licenses anyway.
Paying a subscription to use it at TSA or for other official purposes? A big NO from users. Adding insult to injury, there's no barcode on the back! Just what we need, an ID that can't be scanned. 🤔
This app is as useful as a screen door on a submarine in some states where it isn't accepted or even operational. Shoutout to Utah residents; you're the lucky ones, but it’s still a rough ride. Users suggest looking at Arizona, Colorado, and Pennsylvania for better models.

One lucky user didn't get a ticket because the officer accepted their mobile ID. High five to that, but those stories are few and far between. ✋

"Honestly, this app is very buggy. To list only a few as an app developer. When signing up originally on the screen we are asked to read and agree to terms and conditions and sharing of info. The website is not up and the links are broken. Second - As pro photographer for hobby, it took 17 tries before my photo was accepted. Third - Why not do what many other states do and use Google and Apple Wallet? Interstate cooperation should be a priority. Will this ever be an option? Thanks!"
"I never really found a place that would accept the app and basically had to use my physical driver's license even for airports. I ended up deleting my info off their servers and removed the app since is really doesn't serve a purpose. It's sad that UT chose this route for a mobile ID and to have such awful results."

"This app would be great if you could use it. But if you want to share your ID for TSA then you have to pay a subscription fee! That is pretty crazy. You can share your age for free, and that's it. Won't work for official government ID without paying. No thanks! Update: I just learned the hard way that this is also missing the barcode on the back of your driver's license. Some places need to scan that. This app is entirely useless."
