Don't bother with the 24 hour challenges to get hero shards - read the fine print about the point requirement! This could be a great game but they chose to gatekeep the best 5 star heroes($$$), like Carvell, Kaos, Norris and a few others. If you get to level 18-20 or so and notice it start to get impossibly difficult, it's not you."
