There are multiple glitches on a regular basis, which is odd for the frequent maintenance on the game. In game play you either deal with pirates or move to an older state that doesn't allow smaller players in state events."

"Look stop telling me or anyone to contact customer service because for years they've lied to me and outright refused refunds for valid game glitches and were deceptive in responding that refunds are never given. Now custom service says email you...I do ..you tell me to email customer service. Again playing me against the proverbial shot clock hoping to stall having to pay back anything at all and reduce how much can be refunded according to policies. 1 star because minus infinity is not possible"
