"So the app isn't bad. It has more of a smooth texting experience. Installing everything and getting everything ready is a pain, but afterwords it's nice. The app has a Facebook Messanger feel to it when messaging. It also shows a 🔒 when your conversation is secure, and it also shows if you're texting another android user or iPhone user. Some things I'd change about it would be to allow me to see my messages from the lock screen again (then again, maybe you can, and I just haven't explored it)"
