The recent updates have turned this app into a tech disaster! 💥 It's impossible to join appointments or urgent care visits. 🚑 The app keeps crashing, doesn't load, or simply won't open. Users are facing loads of "server errors" and "app not responding" alerts. 📴
Scheduling an appointment is a mess! Some users paid big bucks ($300!) only to face poor network connections and canceled appointments. 😡 Others can't even see a booking option or have had their appointments rescheduled multiple times. 📆 Phone support? Non-existent. The tech team, clueless. 🙄
Finding a doctor? Supposedly using 9 million data points, it’s a joke! Users are matched with docs that don’t specialize in their needs. 🩺 Documents aren’t updated in the app, prompting users to resort to emails and browsers. Connection issues are frequent, and the doctors keep vanishing. 👻
Despite the chaos, a few users find navigation easy and care excellent. 🧭 A couple have had positive medical outcomes, expressing gratitude for the services provided through their insurance or employer. 🙌
