It works perfectly when my Samsung 21 Ultra is on the same network as my Xbox (connected via LAN), but when trying to over mobile data (4G or 5G), it refuses to connect to my console. I'm glad I found discovered this before my refund window passed"

"It just works. I've used the official app on and off for years. Maybe have a 75% success rate whether it would connect or not. Even if it did, you could see the reduced video quality. Since I've been using this app, its worked literally everytime. I just pick up my Logitech G Cloud, launch the app, and in ~30 seconds I'm streaming from my Series X at resolution that beats the official app. Well worth the purchase for the ease of use, consistent performance (frame rate), and video quality."
