"Do not use the app if you don't want to lose money!! I did not realize my store was closed and placed a mobile pick-up order. I could not cancel the order and was charged for food I could never receive. Now, the order has just disappeared in the app like I picked it up when I didn't. The store will not give me a refund. Never again."

"It would be nice if the app could be in sync with the store. There has been too many times where I will submit a mobile order, arrive, and there not be an item. And, there's always a problem getting a refund. Also, at times, the app will state the store is closed when it's not. Or, it will let me place an order when it's actually closed! I can't get a refund because "My order has already been prepared." Prepared when the store is closed!"

"Ordered food, app sent me to closest store and they are closed for Thanksgiving. Now we are out of $27+ and no food. And no one to talk to so we get nothing for dinner. Bad policy."

"Update..If I could give a negative rating I would. What is the use of mobile ordering if the app doesnt display open locations and can't process payments and orders? Turn off locations services as that will overide your selected restaurant, no matter how many times you change it and since you dont have an option to cancel an order you are forced to drive somewhere not planned. Epic fail McDonalds. Plus why are location services even required, seems like a data grab"

"Not the first time I've left a 1-star review for this app. It refuses to even let me sign in anymore. Trying to log in takes me to a broken site, same as clicking the login link sent to my email, SAME AS CLICKING THE "CONTACT US" BUTTON IN THAT EMAIL. Their entire infrastructure is fundamentally broken, and this app is rendered completely unusable. You'd think such a pure evil mega corporation would make sure people could order food. Absolute morons."

"I placed an order on the app and a item was missing. I requested a refund and was provided in writing that I would be credited within 3 to 5 business days. It's been 10 days already and still no credit to my account. Terrible customer service."

"This app is atrocious. I have so many problems with it. Today, I assumed my mcd was open because I was able to place a mobile order just fine and it charged me of course. When I got there the store was closed. Now I have to waste time contacting customer service for a refund. Update- the order did not cancel even though they were closed; instead it charged me. It was not canceled as the response from developer stated it should be."
