"Forever stuck on "Unfreezing your files" screen. I ran out of space so I had to go to the website to free up space so it doesn't keep threatening to delete my files. The screen didn't go away even after that, even though weeks passed. My phone doesn't let me uninstall it so can't fix the issue that way. Please fix your ransomware."

"With every update this app gets worse and worse. It is so unreliable and painful, and real shame for Microsoft. Now it can't browse through dates and get crashing every minute. With that there's no reason left to continue using it and time to move on. UPD: When uploading file to OneDrive and creating folder, it drops back to root folder ๐คฆโโ๏ธ - torture at every place of this app..."

"The app is good. My only request is the ability for photos to be synced on OneDrive in the same album format as my phone gallery. I rely on my phone gallery being set up this way, so for OneDrive photo albums not to be organised like my phone gallery albums when synced/backed up makes me reluctant to actually delete my backed up phone photos, defeating a major benefit of backing up to the cloud (freeing up local ph storage). If this could be fixed, it might be my favourite app. Until then..."
