Itโs a mixed bag but a helpful one. A little pricey with some room for tech tweaks, but gets the job done and certainly worth its weight in gold for many. ๐ฐ #WorthIt

"3 Nov 2024.....Very good app. But I went to run a diary report it is one day out. I started my journey on 8/9/2024 & stuck a note on the 7th. When select dates I had to go back to the 6th to get that note. Disconcerting. Also the preview only shows pm entries. But when go to print /save, it shows more pages but still can't check if everything is there and correct. 29 Dec 2024 As alcohol can affect IBS, can another category be added to my diary called alcohol? Or is that a developer's thing?"
"Life saving info for me. They keep updating foods in the app after more testing, so check it frequently. If you find errors, notify them. This app requires your feed back to keep accurate."

"I like this app a lot and people tell me I should consider it the final word on FODMAPs...HOWEVER, in the online group I'm in, we shared screenshots of FODMAPs in apricots. The Android version says only sorbitol, the iPhone version says sorbitol and fructans. I have Android, so because of this error, I messed up my re introduction diet right on day 2. After this basic flaw, I don't feel I can trust the app. I have the up to date version. I emailed the Monash team 2x about this, they never reply."

"Seems ok. Glad it was only $9. Really I wish the pm time WAS NOT in military format. That's confusing! Couldn't see any option to change it. Does app need updates periodically??? Or does it update automatically??? Also, 1 cup in USA is 8 ozs. For Reintroducing, your app shows Lactose, Yogurt, Day 3. 1 cup 7.05 ozs. What is correct for USA measurement??? Ty! I cannot seem to clear the cache. Is there an actual New & Food Updates option to see those???"

"I'm glad that this app exists because there aren't many low fodmap resources out there. However, this doesn't give the user control over changing the serving size of different foods and it doesn't tell you how much fodmaps are in different serving sizes, and instead uses an arbitrary color classification. This is unhelpful because I sometimes eat a meal with multiple low fodmap foods that adds up to a high fodmap meal and this app makes it impossible to know how much fodmap I'm actually eating."
