Overall, this app is a mixed bag, with a sizeable group of users shouting "Fix your IT team" from the rooftops, another group hesitantly clutching their credit cards 📉, and the rest just trying to figure out how to watch a game without a technological meltdown.

"18 months since this app turned horrible. Can't believe how a billion dollar company can struggle to fix streaming issues. Unwatchable on android or Google TV, it's glitchy, blurry and fails to buffer for more than 5 seconds. How can I watch live sport perfect on FoxSports and Kayo in 4K, but can't stream HD on a standalone platform that only needs to stream one sport!? Technical support team can't fix the issue after almost 2 years. Update #53 and it's worse than ever. You need a new IT team!!!"

"Great for use on my phone and tablet! Anyone know if I can download the app on my Xbox? So that way I can watch from my TV? I've shared my screen with my TV via Samsung's Mirror Screen, but I'd rather have the easier option of just opening the app on my Xbox. Forgot to mention there's no lag or pauses during games, while watching live 👌🏽 (update: It's on Xbox as "NBA app" & I just downloaded it 😁😁)"

"The app has gotten worse every year. It used to allow you to download games to where you could watch them offline (like a flight!), and it would run on anything. Now I have a better tablet than I did years ago but somehow the video is garbled and pixelated. Netflix and Prime are fine, and the NBA app is fine when the intro commercial comes on, but it's garbled after that. Tech support asked me a bunch of questions that I answered, escalated my case, then bailed on me."
