Attack of the Ads: 🚀🛸
Hold onto your remotes, because not everyone is aboard the Love Boat. The ads seem to come out of nowhere, like that iceberg did for the Titanic. They are described as way too long, overbearing, and just plain ad-noying! Even those who paid for premium experience were left wondering why they were paying to see ads. Someone should send a memo to the ad department! 📜📬
Logging in and, well... nothing:
A few users are having serious technical issues. One poor soul's video goes black on a Moto GP Play within 5 seconds—making it more of an auditory experience than a visual one. Others report extremely slow downloads, especially when you’ve been waiting 3 hours for a movie. One user wants to use the app but can only access it on their fire stick. Yikes! Talk about a flaming disappointment. 🔥
I've had better customer service at the DMV:
The app’s customer service is described as terrible. With no phone number and long waits to get an agent via chat, it feels like everyone is on a never-ending hold with bad elevator music playing in the background.
While some users swear by the app's fantastic selection and value, others are ready to begin a mutiny over the ordeal of never-ending ads, tech issues, and terrible customer service. In the end, it's a rollercoaster—either you're a thrilled rider or someone who needs a barf bag. 🎢🤢

"Literally can't use the app on a Moto GP Play. I start the video and the screen goes black within 5 seconds while the audio continues to play. Tried just about everything to troubleshoot short of reformatting the phone. Pretty sure the issue is due to DRM. Newsflash streaming companies! DRM doesn't stop Piracy! If someone wants to pirate your content, nothing you can do will stop them, they are going to find a way no matter what."

"Way, way, way too many ads that are too long. Other streaming services with ads are a lot better at tailoring the ads based on the run time of the show. My experience has been that as I get further in an 24 minute episode, the ads even get longer. Disappointed and switching to another comparable service (with ads)."
