There has to be a better way for us to keep our data. I mean, you do have an extensive list when it comes to the consent to adverts. Why not such an extensive list to protect my data? All those avatars, animals, cups, and much more are all gone. Even my saved data isn't there."

"This game used to be competitive and more fun, because there were actually active teams in the game's tournaments. I was in a fairly active one before I switched phones, but didn't log-in, so I had to start over last year (2024). In 2023-early '24, the app actually worked better. When I opened my 'daily gift,' I could actually play an ad to get more coins, "brilliance" points, or some kind of animal head-shaped tokens. Now, the ads don't show up and I have no team. I feel stuck. Please fix this!"
