"Words can not describe how inappropriately this service is maintained and run. Scammers are beyond rampant. As a subscriber, you are paying for the privilege of reporting scam bot accounts. Pointedly, that is something that someone should be paid for their time doing. That alone is an incredible insult, but there is a zero return policy on subscriptions. On top of that, there is no clear way to cancel a subscription and practicly no customer support to assist in a cancelation either."
