"Barely transferred anything at all even though I set it up for everything. Did it twice and didn't work. I used a 3rd party app 5 or 6 years ago and it worked great. I don't remember the app unfortunately."

Every single configuration for the smart appliances in my hone are gone. Needless to say this is useless if the configurations cannot be backed-up. Please fix it!"
