I can't get tracking info on an order unless I install some app on my phone that requires my personal information, wants to get push notification permissions, want full access to my Gmail, and is yet another glorified ad space, and all of this so I can be told that the package is not yet in transit. I don't like installing tools made to fix intentionally missing features at the cost of exposing even more of my personal info to advertisers. Uninstalling."

"I tried to log into my account on my new phone today and it asked me to do 2 factor authentication so it sent me a code to my cell phone and the issue is in your app on the screen where it asks me to enter in the code I can't get the keyboard to pop up so that I can enter the code. I tap the spaces where I'm supposed to enter the code and nothing happens, the keyboard doesn't populate."

"No way to contact Shopify in app or see the shipping addresses so old ones can be deleted. My last order is going to an old address that I know I didn't choose for shipping to. Edit I finally figured out how to change the shipping address. I don't know how an old address I only used once, almost two years ago, got set as the default! I've done multiple orders since then and it didn't show this until this last one. So frustrating! Now I need to figure out if I can get the package rerouted."
