"Gave this app two stars due to this reason, and at the price im paying might as well do hulu tv or youtube tv. Every time there is a NFL game on, especially the city I live in is on, the local channels disappear (Chicago ch, 5, 7, 32) until all games are off then then local channels are back this wasn't doing that before I don't know hat you guys done but needs an update ASAP other than that it is a five star"

"Update: 11/25/24 Latest: wish I could give it NO STARS. FAST FWD SUCKS! After years of frustration, I have reduced my 2 star to ONE. Sling is the WORST. They fail to fix known bugs, secretly tinker with functions, like fast forward (which actually goes back to force you to watch unwanted content) on recorded (DVR) programs. And yes, it's cheap. 2nd update: Now, every time fast forward is used (on DVR shows) the app moves back to the starting point. Do it again and you still don't win! TERRIBLE"

"Don't have this app, maybe I should maybe better than Spectrum cable etc cause they are lieing thieves who say they are giving credits, fixing too many problems, can't hook up landline cause they didn't attach cable 3 tech missed same issue how dumb are they + they still want me to be paying since Aug 6/2024 for no service, no wifi, cable, landline, cell, lifeline, $91+ for wifi that is on+ off. 2 hurricanes, no power, no service, just keep paying cause they say to. They don't listen. No pay"

"Paid for extra sports package with orange/blue and then changed to orange only. They STOPPED incl red zone w sports package cause of the change and didn't inform me! So I just paid an extra $11 for a bunch of useless sports channels I don't use. they refuse to give me a credit or refund because it's a prepaid service? It's shady not to provide refunds AT ALL. Even if they are the ones that make a mistake. Also, the service sucks and it sucks cause it's cheap. Lots of small issues"
