🤦‍♂️ Traba App Review!

The Good:

• Pretty good with getting back to me for work
• Great admin team
• It was very easy to complete
• It's a great app I'm still waiting ✋️ to pick up a shift.

The Bad:

• 🕵️‍♀️ Barely any jobs available! And when there is a shift available, they give you little to no notice.
• 🤷‍♂️ Terrible coordination between Traba and partner companies, leading to overstaffing and wasted time.
• 🕑 Long wait times for payments, sometimes never receiving full payment.
• Training shifts are just a waste of time. If you don't know what you're doing, well... you shouldn't be here 🤦‍♂️.

The Ugly:

• They stock ur every move 😱, track your physical activity, camera, location, and more! Super creepy.
• 📞 No communication. It's nearly impossible to talk to a human, just AI bots.
• Data Privacy Concerns: Allowing intrusive permissions and tracking without providing jobs. SMH.
• Bad Pay: Job for $105, I only got $57? Someone needs a math lesson.

Conclusion:

⛔️ Terrible App. DL'd over a month ago and found zero work opportunities. Might as well uninstall and save your sanity.
