"Horrible customer support"

"Great app fees are kind of high. But my main problem is that when I'm scrolling on the Pokémon Community page on recent uploads. The app will glitch out once you scroll down to a certain point the card images will blink and flash and mix up the cards. Making it almost impossible to see the new cards uploaded."

"App is full of people with over comped cards trying to "win" a trade that heavily favors them. You're punished for being honest about your card values. I've spent a lot of time looking up card values to make sure they are fairly priced, most of the time they aren't. We are talking 20-50% over market value. I've made a few trades at this point and Veriswap does their end in verifying the cards were sent. It's nice when it does work, but seems hard to make happen."

"Decent in concept. Fees are high. Shipping is expensive and slow. Credits are used at companies' discretion. Users are for the most part hostile. App has gone downhill fast."

"Frequent lag and crashes. Not really a true trading app. No policing of people and themselves. Great concept but bad execution."

"Had someone ask me to use this to make a sports card trade. I did but never again. They charge both of us $47 and had to pay $7 to get the the cash portion of trade. The cash at %3 ok I get it but $94 just to use their platform to make a trade. Absolute insanity. Deleting the app never use it again!"

"App doesn't work, just stays on connect to Facebook or Google page. Tried signing in through both Tried force stopping the app, clearing cache and data. Still won't load"

"Used to be fantastic before the bogus 4% flat fee verification fee. Has completely killed the app, along with an upcoming update forcing you to use expedited shipping bought through the app. Just throw the whole thing in the trash"

"Owner is a scammer. Lots of people have been duped by veriswap. They authenticate fake cards and have gotten people scammed for thousands of dollars each. When you contact them or leave a negative message in 1 of their fb groups they block/ban you. Be very careful"

"Outrageous fees for horrible level of security. Scams and fakes still getting thru after increasing fee. Do not recommend them as a middle person for anything. They only verify that they got your money. Need to change there name as they don't verify things are authentic with all the fakes amd scams getting thru. Check all the facebook groups they all complaining about this company, and they pay the admins to advertise on groups and if you say anything bad your blocked. Save your money stay away."

"This app is horrible, way over charge on fees. Don't apply rules to themselves, no number to address issues. Do not care about you or your money, waste of time and money. Horrible customer service. Id give it minus 5 stars if possible. Do better veriswap or be left behind for good!"

"You buy the shipping label on the app so technically they purchase the label..had a slab the went missing for awhile then was found cracked and they canceled my trade, charged me $90, and sent me my broken slab back and said it was usps fault. They won't let me file a claim because veriswap bought the label not me. Veriswap refuses to help me with my issue, refuses to file a claim, and refused my request to speak with somebody higher up the chain. Definitely don't care about us as customers"

"I had 11 trades ($15k worth of value), here's my opinion: 4% Fee is outrageous. App is buggy. Everyone wants 20% or more trade in their favor. Everyone wants to trade up, no one wants to trade down. If someone trades down, their fees should be reduced. Very little market for cards worth less than $100. The time it would take for international trades would be over a month, which can be critical for price swings. They're taking sealed off the platform, half the reason I was interested."

"It's okay if you're trading with good people, but there are plenty of scams and Veriswap just lets it happen. Just now they're implementing "authentication" (which should be a thing from the beginning) but upped the fees for each trade 266% because of it. I'd rather trade in person and travel myself."
