"Dear, Walmart as someone who owns a business and also sells my items through your seller center I am getting sick and tired of losing out on my revenue after consumers stay with items for more than a month and then claim it's defective you guys quickly refund them without consulting us and when they return the product they either send a completely whole different product and the worst part is you guys refund them back and make it hard for us to dispute claim"
