"Flo is okay. Flo is helpful for keeping track of your menstrual cycle, it has lots of good facts and quizzes on important stuff, and as long as you remember to fill in your info, it can really help with figuring out what you'll be feeling and when. My problems are: 1) some of the content is membership-only, and I wish that they would only show that stuff if you're actually a member, instead of putting out a "teaser" 2) Quitting premium is VERY difficult - took me 2 years of emailing"

"Extremely disappointed with subscription/payment. Look out for most expensive "Free trial" ever! I cancelled the free trial, had no subscription visible in Play Store, either in active, or canceled section. Flo'swebsite shows I'm using free version, their team sees no subscription. However Flo charged me monthly on card I provided to start free trial... for 7 months! (before I realised) I'm at the mercy of customer service tickets to get back the payments they collected, feel ripped off."
