Ahoy there! This app seems to be a treasure chest of issues! Users are complaining about bugs as if theyโre catching Pokรฉmon. From error messages insisting on finite numbers (who knew infinity was such an offense?) to GPS that's MIAโitโs a techieโs nightmare.
People who upgraded to the Pro version felt like they paid for premium calamityโwidgets that don't work, notifications missing in action, and features that just refuse to cooperate. It sounds like paying extra for a side of frustration!
Not all doom and gloom though! Some users were happy enough with their customization options to feel like interior designers for their phones. One user is apparently always early thanks to the app's quirky time-keeping skills. If you hate being late, maybe this bug is actually a feature? ๐
The developers seem ready with capesโthey've been quick responders earning back those lost stars by fixing problems faster than you can say "customer support." Kudos for turning frowns upside down!
One review took us on an emotional roller coaster lamenting over Zooper being abandoned while cheering Kustom's vibrant community. There's even some cheeky nudging suggesting Kustom should resurrect old Zooper assetsโa nerdy renaissance waiting to happen?

"Disappointed ๐ missed opportunity to get a refund due to circumstances beyond control. It's not what I expected from YouTube videos. Many of the packs are not available for the ultra 24. Some nice widgets can be found,but not what I hoped for. The developer responded quickly, rectified the situation, and for that, I give 5 stars. Thank you ๐๐ป Back atcha"
"Disgusting! Paid Pro to have extra options for what?! Not updated weather due to GPS not found, while after checking all OK with GPS! Date and time sometimes not up to date, checked in settings all as it should and of course pay for everything else! Done with nothing phone and there's apps, absolutely hate myself for going for it! Not mentioning latest update! What a waist of time! Done so many companies and phones before this is the worst of the worst! Piece of ๐ฉ"

"It has a lot of bugs. I'm stuck with one error and no matter what I do I get the same error: Numeric value must be finite. All values are finite, I remove widget and import a new one and still the same problem. It's stuck with that error since I tried to use one of the base packs that had one value NaN and it doesn't help to delete or create another widget or clear the cache."

"EXCELLENT APP! My only issues stem from either the AI of my S24 or possibly Google Play treating my customizations as "suspicious" and seem to hinder the app being able to synchronize time so my phone's internal clock is already 2 minutes ahead of atomic time after owning it for 6 months. It was an issue in my previous phn bc I've used this same app for many years and after 4 years on my Note 10+ it's internal time was over 6 minutes ahead... Needless to say I am usually early wherever I go. ๐ "

"Love this app. It let's me customize all aspects of my phone, so it works best for ME. Kustom has a massive community of helpful devotees, plus an extensive Reddit! The app is kept up to date, unlike Zooper, who was bought out and then abandoned! ๐ญ If Kustom was REALLY smart, they'd BUY up ALL the Zooper stuff (hint hint) and add the ability to use them in Kustom, nudge-nudge, wink-wink!
