The Bad: So many users are calling this app a SCAMMER'S PARADISE! ๐ง Some are pleading for removing BNB transfer fees, others find it impossible to navigate. For the love of crypto, live support seems to be non-existent! ๐ค One user even waited THREE HOURS on a support call with no answer. ๐
There's a sea of complaints about the support bot - it's dumber than it looks! AI chatbot is the new term for hopelessness. FEE-tastrophes galore, the fees are so high, you might lose more than you earn! And donโt get started on swapping - fails more than a clumsy chef on a banana peel. ๐

"Even the simplest things are difficult & the help & chat bot don't match the app. It took me 5 days to figure out how to buy a token on the ETH chain. Part of the reason it took so long is that the support callback & live chat were totally overloaded/understaffed. Since the help was wrong for at least 3 different functions I tried, other people probably piled in for that reason. After multiple rounds of trying to convince the Ai chatbot that it was wrong, I gave up the first time after 3 hours"
