"Even the simplest things are difficult & the help & chat bot don't match the app. It took me 5 days to figure out how to buy a token on the ETH chain. Part of the reason it took so long is that the support callback & live chat were totally overloaded/understaffed. Since the help was wrong for at least 3 different functions I tried, other people probably piled in for that reason. After multiple rounds of trying to convince the Ai chatbot that it was wrong, I gave up the first time after 3 hours"
