"Needs work can't complete contact less deliveries. After taking the photo, the option to complete the order doesn't let you. So if I can't take a photo when these are the most I do, it then messes my drop-off photo rating. So, updating the app, reinstalling, and nothing fixes it. Known issue for a year and a half. ??????"

"Well I feel like I have a biased opinion on this one just because I have been doordashing for the last 3 years And I always do my best to take it the extra mile even if it's as small as a straw or thinking outside the box to make the customer happy I will forever be grateful that this delivery gig helps me provide food for my family"

"Selfie verification is utterly broken on Vivo X Fold 3 (OriginOS). Ultimate issue though, there is no in place system to report bugs. Support seems to lie they write it down or something and don't have any means of forwarding issues to the relevant team. If a case gets escalated, they give you the run around. Also support has been famously terrible, but they are degrading even worse and worse (as someone who has been on the platform over 5 years and thousands of deliveries)."
