"The game is entertaining when it works correctly. My problem is it will not let me use the free spaces. I click on the free space and it will not open to the ad or sometimes if I do get to watch the ad once it is finished it kicks me out of the game instead of letting me use the free space that I just watched an ad to be able to use. It is frustrating."

Enjoyed playing this game but the new update has made game play VERY poor, I had built up a fair amount of points/credits all gone since points/prices significantly increased, & prizes significantly dropped, mini games mostly pointless now as clearly pushing for payments so can rarely win. Quickly becoming a pointless, frustrating & boring game...Congratulations on ruining a fun game that could be played litte or often! & I did play often 🤷🏽‍♀️"

"I'm up to level 3177. Surely the ad revenue is enough between games, after pausing then returning to the game, and to free tiles when stuck? The recent increase in price for the tools is insane. Thousands of coins down to zero. I'll probably come back to this game on auto pilot for a while, but it needs to change. It's not enjoyable like this. New users won't enjoy this experience, and old users will move on."
