"PLEASE ALLOW US TO SEE CLOCK OR TIMESTAMP WHILE ZOOMED IN TO LIVE VIDEO OR PLAYBACK!Also optimize performance in LTE&5G, pretty please? I've tried so many camera apps that are free2play & this is by far the best that's out on the market. The upsales and/or promotions are limited, no ads & the usual upsale for other companies is the cloud,yes,however is vilified bc/SD card.those that have complaints about lagtime or ping,its UR wifi!Thanks wyze for being affordable and having a user friendly app!"

"They charged my credit card for yearly renewal without notification. No email, no text, no in app notification. I'm so close to rage quitting. This is because people cancel service if you tell them first and most people don't even notice anyway. I feel like I'm dealing with a dirt bag company now, not like I'm helping a growing company, that feeling is gone."

"Do wyze know what they are doing, I reached out to wyze 31/10/2024 now i have got this from yourselves asking me to reach out again. Get your act together please and sort my problem out. Ticket Number is 4124732 I urge people do not buy wyze, as you can see I have ticket number but they still want me to get in touch. Leave Wyze well Alone.. I have 3 months left on wyze cam plus then that is it, no more. STILL NOTHING FROM WYZE.Do NOT buy wyze."

"way too much money, you can do this for free. I got his as a gift, I have used it for 2 hours, I am getting POE ESP32s because this is a ripoff. it's a scam folks. Response to wyze, I don't want to talk to your team, your team sucks. I'm not paying you 19.99 per cam per month.the reviews all say the same. The service is terrible, price to high and downright not worth it. Americans unite against the Chinese corporate spies and hogs."

"Have 3 cameras and one smart plug. They work pretty well, but it would be really beneficial to be able to monitor 2 cameras simultaneously with a split screen mode, rather than having to constantly toggle back and forth. Update: there NEEDS to be a way to actively disable the "alarm" feature in the settings. My 3 year old got ahold of my phone and managed to activate the alarm on my 1 year old's camera as we were putting 1 year old to bed. Chaos ensued."

"App worked fine till the last update, then we stopped getting notifications for motion and when someone rings the bell its normally delayed. Checked all the settin not sure what change they made but it made it a useless now. Gunna try un-installing and re-installing. But it looks like I am not the only one having this issue."

"Enough is enough. I've been using the wyze app with my 9 wyze V3 cameras for 4 years. In that time, they have made improvements and made the app better. Even with that said, It's been a constant struggle just trying to get acceptable usage from this system. And now as of today, my android is no longer compatible with the app. This renders my cameras completely worthless. If you intend on paying monthly fees to use these cameras, then they're just junk. If you don't, then they're complete garbage"
