Wyze, once adored, is now falling apart! Detection settings? Busted. Notifications aren't showing up, and honestly, people are frustrated. Switch to Tapo or another company, seriously.
Some users are begging for features like clock or timestamp visibility while zoomed in, and better performance on LTE & 5G. They appreciate the affordability and the absence of annoying ads, but the tech needs a polish.

"They charged my credit card for yearly renewal without notification. No email, no text, no in app notification. I'm so close to rage quitting. This is because people cancel service if you tell them first and most people don't even notice anyway. I feel like I'm dealing with a dirt bag company now, not like I'm helping a growing company, that feeling is gone."

"Have 3 cameras and one smart plug. They work pretty well, but it would be really beneficial to be able to monitor 2 cameras simultaneously with a split screen mode, rather than having to constantly toggle back and forth. Update: there NEEDS to be a way to actively disable the "alarm" feature in the settings. My 3 year old got ahold of my phone and managed to activate the alarm on my 1 year old's camera as we were putting 1 year old to bed. Chaos ensued."

Checked all the settin not sure what change they made but it made it a useless now. Gunna try un-installing and re-installing. But it looks like I am not the only one having this issue."

Even with that said, It's been a constant struggle just trying to get acceptable usage from this system. And now as of today, my android is no longer compatible with the app. This renders my cameras completely worthless. If you intend on paying monthly fees to use these cameras, then they're just junk.
