I tried to charge my phone, not even using the app and my phone is HOT and says that Turbo Tax is crashing frequently (even though I haven't been using it) and that the app has a bug and I can't even get my phone to charge because how much battery it's pulling. I'm very frustrated with this. I have deleted the app. I will re-download so I can file but frustrating. Screen sharing wasn't working, mobile is just a pain unfortunately. And I love turbo tax so this is no fun."
