What You’ll Do Each Day
Implementation Advisors help onboard hundreds of clients with cloud payroll solutions. The role includes collecting client payroll needs, suggesting optimal solutions, managing documentation, and guiding clients through their first payroll run.
Your typical day will involve interacting closely with clients, ensuring all data is accurate, and providing training on company payroll systems and integrations. You will also facilitate communications between clients and technical teams and maintain detailed client records until hand-off to the support team.
Prospective candidates should possess at least eight years of Canadian payroll experience, have excellent communication skills in both English and French, and be comfortable managing several projects at once.
Applicants should be ready to travel to meet clients, especially during critical onboarding phases, and be adept at using related HR and payroll technology.
