This job is especially appealing to experienced brokers who want recognition without the layers of corporate red tape or micromanagement.

Collaboration with ownership and assisting in developing market distribution analysis and strategy are key aspects of the role.
Most importantly, you’ll have the autonomy to onboard new Private Client opportunities, with leads provided for you to quote and manage.
Principaux avantages

Inconvénients potentiels
Those used to a structured corporate ladder or large teams may find the boutique atmosphere a considerable shift.
The role requires independent initiative—if you thrive with heavy oversight, the autonomy here might be a challenge.
