The part-time Medical Coding Trainer position offers a pay range of QAR 16,000 to QAR 24,000 per year. Hourly compensation ranges from QAR 35 to QAR 50, with an expected workload of about 6 hours per week. Day-to-Day Role & Responsibilities
This job will have you conducting training sessions on essential coding systems such as ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS. You’ll also prepare lesson plans, deliver presentations, and assess learning progress.
Another primary responsibility is to support learners in understanding medical terminology, documentation workflows, and compliance standards. You’ll also guide candidates in prepping for major certification exams like CPC.
Mock tests, real-life case studies, and practical coding drills form a part of the daily instruction, ensuring classes are hands-on and relevant to industry standards.
Regular evaluation of trainee performance and tailored feedback is expected, helping students strengthen their skills and fill learning gaps efficiently.
