In a nutshell, if this app was a class, it would get an "A+" for enthusiasm from a few die-hard fans, but would flunk miserably in customer service and reliability according to others. Proceed with caution, and maybe keep a microwave handy for those nacho cheese bricks! ๐ง๐งฑ
"Never had a positive experience using this app. Customer support is garbage, driver availability is garbage. Had an order take so long for some nachos by the time they had gotten to me the cheese solidified the entire meal into a brick. The restaurant had the food ready for over 2 hours which is when cheese becomes unsafe to eat. I was offered a $9 refund and blocked from opening more support tickets. 3 months pass I try again. 1.5hours waiting for McDonald's, cancel and offered $6. Pathetic."

"Quick and Easy. Easy to communicate with drivers. One thing I do wish is for an option to set for the driver not to call, and for the desktop site to not prevent me from ordering for others if im a couple of states away. Other than that it's decently fast."

"Terrible terrible terrible UI and somehow even worse customer service. There have been multiple orders just in the last month 2 months that never were delivered even though they were picked up and it's next to impossible to get a real person in customer service to talk to. Literally every other delivery app is better and usually cheaper, stay away. One star is too generous."
